Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT
1. Payment terms are agreed prior to shipment.
2. All legal and collection fees incurred by Golden Chips. resulting from past due payment are the responsibility of customer.
SHIPPING
1. All shipments are F.O.B. the point of origin of the shipment.
2. Customer responsible for damages to, or losses of, products during shipment.
WARRANTY
1. Customer must notify Golden Chips. within 30 days from date of shipment of any defective product.
2. Golden Chips. does not guarantee product compatibility.
3. Golden Chips. makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products.
4. Golden Chips. is not responsible for any defect in products, loss or inaccuracy of data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting therefrom.
5. All warranties are VOID on visibly damaged or altered goods.
RMA
1.All defective product must arrive Golden Chips. within Warranty.
2. Any item that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts , will not be accepted as an RMA.
3. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and Golden Chips. will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
